  • What counts as a shipment?

    Any shipping label you generate through KeyDelivery (including return labels) is considered a single shipment. Reprinting a prior shipping label is not counted as an additional shipment, but re-shipping an order (as in generating a new label) is counted as a single shipment. If an order is not fulfilled, it will not be counted as a single shipment.

  • Is my data safe in your service?

    Yes, your data is safe with us. KeyDelivery will not use your data without your consent.

  • Is there a limit to the online/offline stores I can connect to KeyDelivery?

    There is no limit to store connection. You can connect as many stores or marketplaces as you have with KeyDelivery.

  • Is there a limit to the carriers I can connect to KeyDelivery?

    There is no limit to carrier connection. You can also connect multiple accounts of the same carrier with KeyDelivery.

  • Will I be automatically charged once I've completed my free trial?

    No, you won't because using the free trial doesn't need to connect your credit card.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
