We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy describes how KeyDelivery.com and its affiliates (collectively "KeyDelivery") collect and process your personal information through KeyDelivery websites, devices, products, services, online and applications that reference this Privacy Policy (together "KeyDelivery Services"). By using KeyDelivery Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Remember that your use of KeyDelivery’s Services is at all times subject to the Terms of Use, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use in this Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use.

Will KeyDelivery ever change this Privacy Policy?

We’re constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by placing a Policy on the KeyDelivery website, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal Policy emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal Policys will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.

What Personal Information About Customers Does KeyDelivery Collect?

We collect your personal information in order to provide and continually improve our products and services.

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, through the registration process and/or through your account settings, we may collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, phone number, and third-party account credentials (for example, your log-in credentials for your accounts with FedEx, DHL, eBay, Amazon or other third party couriers or marketplace integrations available through the Services. If you provide your third-party account credentials to us, you understand some content and/or information in those accounts ("Third Party Account Information") may be transmitted into your account with us, and that Third Party Account Information, such as your billing address, that is transmitted to our Services is covered by this Privacy Policy. Certain information may be required to register with us or to take advantage of some of our features.

We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. For example, if you’ve given us your email address, we may send you promotional email offers on behalf of other businesses, or email you about your use of the Services. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more interesting and improve our services. If you do not want to receive communications from us, please indicate your preference by contacting us at support@kd100.com or unsubscribing via the "Unsubscribe" button in our emails, if available.

Automatic Information: We automatically collect and store certain types of information about your use of KeyDelivery Services, including information about your interaction with content and services available through KeyDelivery Services. Like many websites, we use "cookies" and other unique identifiers, and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser or device accesses KeyDelivery Services and other content served by or on behalf of KeyDelivery on other websites.

Whenever you interact with our Services, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, "cookie" information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our Services, and the page or feature you requested. "Cookies" are identifiers we transfer to your browser or device that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in our Services are visited and by how many people. You may be able to change the preferences on your browser or device to prevent or limit your device’s acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some of our features.

If you click on a link to a third party website or service, a third party may also transmit cookies to you. Again, this Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties, and we aren’t responsible for their privacy policies and practices. Please be aware that cookies placed by third parties may continue to track your activities online even after you have left our Services, and those third parties may not honor "Do Not Track" requests you have set using your browser or device.

We may use this data to customize content for you that we think you might like, based on your usage patterns. We may also use it to improve the Services – for example, this data can tell us how often users use a particular feature of the Services, and we can use that knowledge to make the Services interesting to as many users as possible.

Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources, such as updated delivery and address information from our carriers, which we use to correct our records.

Through cookies we place on your browser or device, we may collect information about your online activity after you leave our Services. Just like any other usage information we collect, this information allows us to improve the Services and customize your online experience, and otherwise as described in this Privacy Policy. Your browser may offer you a "Do Not Track" option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services (including behavioral advertising services) that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities over time and across different websites. Our Services do not support Do Not Track requests at this time, which means that we collect information about your online activity both while you are using the Services and after you leave our Services.

What About Cookies and Other Identifiers?

To enable our systems to recognize your browser or device and to provide and improve KeyDelivery Services, we use cookies and other identifiers.

What is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard drive by a website – when visited by a user – in order to remember information about you which can later be read by a website that issued the cookie to you. Some of the cookies will only be used if you use certain features or select certain preferences, and some cookies will always be used.

There are different types of cookies: Strictly necessary cookies — These cookies are essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site. They help us maintain security and verify your details whilst you use this Site as you navigate from page to page, which enables you to avoid having to re-enter your details each time you enter a new page.

Preferences cookies — Also known as "functionality cookies," these cookies allow a website to remember choices you have made in the past, like preferred language and time zone.

Statistics cookies — Also known as "performance cookies," these cookies collect information about how you use a website, like which pages you visited and which links you clicked on. This information is aggregated and anonymized. Their sole purpose is to help us understand how users use this Site and help us improve the structure of our Site.

Marketing cookies — These cookies track your online activity to help advertisers deliver more relevant advertising or to limit how many times you see an ad. These cookies can share that information with other organizations or advertisers.

Why does KeyDelivery use Cookies?

When you visit our Website, we may place a number of cookies in your browser. These are know as First Party Cookies and are required to enable to hold session information as you navigate from page to page within the website and allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in our Services are visited and by how many people. We may use this data to customize content for you that we think you might like, based on your usage patterns. We may also use it to improve the Services – for example, this data can tell us how often users use a particular feature of the Services, and we can use that knowledge to make the Services interesting to as many users as possible.

How to disable Cookies?

You can generally activate or later de-activate the use of cookies through a functionality built into your web browser. To learn more about how to control cookie settings through your browser. Please reference the disable cookies section for the browser you use.

Does KeyDelivery Share Your Personal Information?

We do not rent or sell your Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone, provided certain Personal Information may be transferred in connection with business transfers, as described below. We may share your Personal Information with third parties as described in this section:

Information that’s been de-identified: We may de-identify your Personal Information so that you are not identified as an individual, and provide that information to our partners. We may also provide aggregate usage information to our partners (or allow partners to collect that information from you), who may use such information to understand how often and in what ways people use our Services, so that they, too, can provide you with an optimal online experience. However, we never disclose aggregate usage or de-identified information to a partner (or allow a partner to collect such information) in a manner that would identify you as an individual person.

Advertisers: We allow advertisers and/or merchant partners ("Advertisers") to choose the demographic information of users who will see their advertisements and/or promotional offers and you agree that we may provide any of the information we have collected from you in non-personally identifiable form to an Advertiser, in order for that Advertiser to select the appropriate audience for those advertisements and/or offers. For example, we might use the fact you are located in Singapore to show you ads or offers for Singapore businesses, but we will not tell such businesses who you are. Or, we might allow Advertisers to display their ads to users with similar usage patterns to yours, but we will not disclose usage information to Advertisers except in aggregate form, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. Note that if an advertiser asks us to show an ad to a certain audience or audience segment and you respond to that ad, the advertiser may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they were trying to reach.

We may deliver a file to you through the Services (known as a "web beacon") from an ad network. Web beacons allow ad networks to provide anonymized, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for us and for advertisers. Web beacons also enable ad networks to serve targeted advertisements to you when you visit other websites. Because your web browser must request these advertisements and web beacons from the ad network’s servers, these companies can view, edit, or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their site. You may be able to opt-out of web beacon tracking conducted by third parties through our Services by adjusting the Do Not Track settings on your browser; please note that we don’t control whether or how these third parties comply with Do Not Track requests.

Transactions involving Third Parties: We make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on or through KeyDelivery Services.

Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise).

Protection of KeyDelivery and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of KeyDelivery, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Other than as set out above, you will receive Policy when personal information about you might be shared with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

Third-party account credentials

The information you can view, update, and delete may change as the Services change. If you have any questions about viewing or updating information we have on file about you, please contact us at support@kd100.com.

Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to contact us to prevent disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes; in order to submit such a request, please contact us at support@kd100.com.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind.

1)We work to protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using encryption protocols and software.

2)We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of customer personal information. Our security procedures mean that we may ask to verify your identity before we disclose personal information to you.

3)Our devices offer security features to protect them against unauthorized access and loss of data. You can control these features and configure them based on your needs.

4)It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computers, devices, and applications. We recommend using a unique password for your KeyDelivery account that is not used for other online accounts. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

We use all appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect any information we hold in our records from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Unfortunately, no company or service can guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

Among other practices, your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. If you access your account via a third party site or service, you may have additional or different sign-on protections via that third party site or service. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

What About Advertising?

Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Websites: KeyDelivery Services may include third-party advertising and links to other websites and apps. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, and services.

Use of Third-Party Advertising Services: We provide ad companies with information that allows them to serve you with more useful and relevant KeyDelivery ads and to measure their effectiveness. We never share your name or other information that directly identifies you when we do this. Instead, we use an advertising identifier like a cookie or other device identifier. For example, if you have already downloaded one of our apps, we will share your advertising identifier and data about that event so that you will not be served an ad to download the app again. Some ad companies also use this information to serve you relevant ads from other advertisers.

What Information Can I Access?

Through your account settings, you may access, and, in some cases, edit or delete the following information you’ve provided to us:

  • name and password
  • email address
  • location
  • user profile information, including billing and shipping addresses, customer addresses, and payment methods

What Choices Do I Have?

If you have any questions as to how we collect and use your personal information, please contact our Customer Service. Many of our KeyDelivery Services also include settings that provide you with options as to how your information is being used.

As described above, you can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of the KeyDelivery Services.

You can add or update certain information on pages such as those referenced in What Information Can I Access?. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.

If you do not want to receive email or other communications from us, please adjust your Customer Communication Preferences. If you don't want to receive in-app notifications from us, please adjust your notification settings in the app or device.

If you do not want to see interest-based ads, please adjust your Advertising Preferences.

The Help feature on most browsers and devices will tell you how to prevent your browser or device from accepting new cookies or other identifiers, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to block cookies altogether. Because cookies and identifiers allow you to take advantage of some essential features of KeyDelivery Services, we recommend that you leave them turned on.

If you want to browse our websites without linking the browsing history to your account, you may do so by logging out of your account here and blocking cookies on your browser.

You will also be able to opt out of certain other types of data usage by updating your settings on the applicable KeyDelivery website (e.g., in "Manage Your Content and Devices"), device, or application. Most non-KeyDelivery devices also provide users with the ability to change device permissions (e.g., disable/access location services, contacts). For most devices, these controls are located in the device's settings menu. If you have questions about how to change your device permissions on devices manufactured by third parties, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer.

In addition, to the extent required by applicable law, you may have the right to request access to or delete your personal information. If you wish to do any of these things, please contact Customer Service. Depending on your data choices, certain services may be limited or unavailable.

How can I update and access my information (Exercise my Data Subject Rights)?

If you would like to access, review, update, rectify, or delete any Personal Information we hold about you, or exercise any other data subject right available to you under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework where applicable (see below), you can fill out this web form directly.

Our Privacy team will examine your request and respond to you as quickly as possible! Some information may remain in our records after the deactivation of your account. Please note that we may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.

Are Children Allowed to Use KeyDelivery Services?

If you are under 18, you may use KeyDelivery Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 16 may have provided us personal information, please contact us at support@kd100.com.

If you have any inquiries or complaints about our handling of your personal information under Privacy Shield, or about our privacy practices generally, please contact us at: privacy@kd100.com. We will respond to your inquiry promptly.

As explained here and here we sometimes provide personal information to third parties to perform services on our behalf. If we transfer personal information received under the Privacy Shield to a third party, the third party's access, use, and disclosure of the personal information must also be in compliance with our Privacy Shield obligations, and we will remain liable under the Privacy Shield for any failure to do so by the third party unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

We may be required to disclose personal information that we handle under the Privacy Shield in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

If the processing of personal information about you is subject to European Union data protection law,you have certain rights with respect to that information: To limit the processing activities to which the personal data is subject (under the conditions defined in the GDPR); To receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and have the personal data transmitted to another controller (under the conditions defined in the GDPR); If processing is based on consent, to withdraw consent at any time (although this does not impact the lawfulness of past processing activities); To lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority. For more information, or if you wish to exercise these rights, please send your request to privacy@kd100.com.
